WE HELP LARGE COMPANIES

THINK LIKE ENTREPRENEURS.

Our approach is governed by a single goal: getting great ideas to market in the form of new products, services and startups. We break that approach down into seven key stages.

1. FOUNDATION

All projects begin with a meeting where we align around a single challenge, approach and set of principles that will guide the project and our output through to the end of the project.

2. EXPLORATION

With a clear definition of your challenge, we’ll explore that challenge from as many perspectives as possible. We’ll interview your employees, your consumers and your category. But then we’ll go further and look for parallels in other categories and other worlds that hold inspiration for how we address your brief.

3. IDENTIFICATION

With exploration behind us, we’ll start looking for interesting patterns and define a series of opportunities that exist within your category that hold potential for growing your business.

4. CREATION

We don’t believe in blue sky ideation. Creation workshops are sessions designed to help teams of people generate ideas with the help of inspirational stimulus but the guidance and discipline of a set of clear opportunity areas and experienced facilitators with a talent for commercial creativity. This stage ends not with stacks of ideas, but with more fleshed out commercial concepts than your typical ideation exercise.

5. CONSTRUCTION

In our construction stage, we bring a series of consumers and experts into the process to help develop the ideas using a set of exercises and techniques that turn them into useful and constructive players in the creative process.

6. CURATION

With a series of concepts we believe in, we’ll work with your team to think through the implementation of each idea and create a proposal against each that includes the idea, why it’s relevant, how much it will cost to implement, a proposed timeline and the people we’ll need to make it happen. We’ll then run a curation session where senior decision makers interact with the ideas to make final decisions on which opportunities the organization would like to take to market.

7. ACTION

With a green light to begin the implementation process, we’ll work with your team on creating a disciplined action plan for driving ideas through internal stagegates and into the marketplace. We’re happy to stay engaged along the way and often stay engaged on a retainer basis.
